The Field Coordination Supervisor has a key role in the execution of Mystery Shopping Programs. He/She supervises the team whose role is to allocate assignments to our pool of Evaluators so they can complete them according to guidelines.
Location: Latin America - Remote work from your home office!
Position reports to Country Operations Manager (COM)
Main Duties:
Recruits, coaches, motivates the Field Coordination Team ensuring enough staffing according to planned workload
Monitors Evaluator database and takes required actions to increase or update it
Assists team members on their duties: researches in database, supports in communication with Evaluators, organizes e-mail communication.
Tracks project development and confirms that each project is completed on schedule
Handles administrative tasks related to hiring, invoicing and termination of team members
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Native/Proficient English communication skill (verbal + written )
Experienced individual in Mystery shopping Industry / telemarketing.
Experience in team Management or similar + Online communication, emailing.
Ability to work independently, reactive, organized, reporting regularly, etc.
Ability to interact with team members and Evaluators, creative in finding motivational points for Evaluators to reserve available assignments
Knowledge and understanding of US geography and cultural aspects.
Must be able to work US business hours
Conditions offered:
Freelance agreement with attractive remuneration (fee).
Available 40+ hour per week, willing to work weekends.
The selected candidate will be offered a Training Session handled by the Training Department.
