The company that has created the worlds first smart connected luggage, is looking to hire an Administrative Analyst, based in Buenos Aires.

The company is now opening a new office in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where it is growing very fast and hiring the talented professionals in the country. Team members will work directly with the San Francisco staff.

As Administrative Analyst your goal will be to provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

- Implementing and using ERPs on a daily basis
- Medium AFIP platform knowledge
- Being in charge of the accounting of the company and - working with external accounting offices
- Documenting financial transactions by entering account information
- Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Preparing reports for the Senior Managers of the company by collecting and analyzing information
- Preparing the payroll information for the external accounting office
- Budget control
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Advanced in English
- Experience with ERPs implementation and use
- Experience developing an Administrative Office from scratch in PyMEs or small companies
- Experience reporting to multiple people Nice to have
- Resourceful, clever, fast, can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented
