We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our company, to work on weekends afternoon, from 14:00 to 22:00

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions as indicated by the manager
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
•Follow up on customer interactions

Qualifications and education requirements:

• Advanced level of English verbal and written
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Airline or travel industry knowledge preferably

• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills - verbal and written, in both languages English, Spanish
• Listening skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving data collection
